Private Staffing

Professional highly trained and experienced staff is available for both permanent and temporary placement with private households and aboard yachts.  All positions from estate managers to executive housekeepers to butlers to gourmet chefs are available.  Whether an event for 500 or a meal for two, our staff blends their experiences of strict protocol essential in the corporate environment and exuberant creative expression, particularly valued with private clients.

We understand it is essential to have a trustworthy and hardworking household team.  When it comes to those who care for our clients’ children, drive their vehicles and manage their home, there is no room for compromise.  We are devoted to the art of finding, interviewing, training and managing household staff, and have a wide network of contacts that can help us to find the perfect fit.

The recruitment process begins by gaining a precise understanding of our client’s needs.  Using our knowledge of their household and requirements we will compose a detailed specification for the role.  We use our extensive network of word of mouth contacts, plus a small number of trusted recruitment specialists, to source potential candidates.  We carry out a thorough process of interviews, referencing and background checks, before inviting a small number of the most suitable candidates to meet with them.

Following the placement of the candidate in a client’s home, we continue to advise and assist with all aspects of employment.  This includes, but is not limited to, compiling job descriptions, training, payroll, discipline and, where necessary, redundancy and dismissal.  We aim to build and maintain contact with members of their household, to ensure that they have the best team at all times.
